Expected hi hai Axis, kotak and sbi se yeh sab.
Can you believe for my Kotak salary account they’re charging me 17rs for imps (they reverse after complaint thought but har baar kon karega for 17rs).
Yehi sab ka fyda icici hdfc leta and hence biggest banks

U can’t even degrade account
If we do so wee won’t be eligible to receive past cashback
And they keep raising tickets but don’t solve it anymore

BTW question…why do we still need those SMS messages from bank?
we have so easy to use Apps, Push Notification, Email notification from bank

I have a minor account with ICICI..But I deactivated SMS service
haven’t miss on anything till now

Also Chu Bank has not credited the savings Ac interest for 1st quarter

Icici n Sbi did it on 30th

When those fraud transactions happens, or some other transactions where SMS never receives in mobile. In such cases bank never accepts its fault.
Will Axis Bank pay penalty to us for not sending SMS?

At least HDFC has option to disable sms alerts charges. Even ICICI don’t charge any sms charge. Axis bank such notorious bank in charging unnecessary charges.

Guys either convert your Axis account to BSBDA or close it otherwise you can’t escape their charges

I don’t want the savings account but have a FD worth 25k and a FK credit card based on that. Can I convert the account to BSBDA without affecting those other two?

Chu bank hain Axis…Don’t even deserve to be a private bank…I had a normal savings account with them since 2003…They upgraded it to Prime several years ago…I have their LTF Neo cc which I hardly use…These suckers don’t even credit the cashbacks & i have to create support ticket to get the CB…I was only keeping 10k there because I don’t use their services but since this was my very first bank account from 2003, I am not sure if I should keep it or close it because not at all interested in keeping 15k there…

Is it possible that if I close my Prime account, I can open the ASAP zero balance account ?? These suckers also don’t have any toll-free or normal chargeable customer care number…All of their customers care numbers are Premium numbers & everytime I had to call them, they keep me on hold for like 30-40 minutes & even after being on the Unlimited plan, my main balance gets exhausted & they still can’t solve simple issues…If I message them on Twitter, these morons ask me to call their premium numbers again so what’s the use of twitter support channel…

And about this thread, I just chatted with Axis support & the AMB is still 10k for my account…I saved the chat as PDF…And also he told me, that I can unsubscribe to SMS alerts by calling phone CC, via their ATM or by visiting the branch…
