Yes. But it is huge effort. Lots of mails and chases. If u r ready with sword in hand for a long battle and discussion on same topic repeatedly... Please go ahead and mail to their customer support

Axis is very Dangerous, my Flipkart axis card 15k limit for almost 2 years, whenever I call for limit increase they said sorry, if we said I will close card they told how close card procedure also but limit not increased, after almost 2 years limit increased in my card.

Same experience with one of my friend too. They agreed to close 2 years old card but didn't increase the limit.
