Peculiar problem pls help …. have axis cc but no net banking and not even the app , I track it by excel sheet. 2 linked cards are there. Both have shared 31k limit. 1 just did 1 re trn on both and 1 card tells the balance is avl limit is 31072 and other one tells avlbl limit is 21453 . Now how to find actual balance ??
Is there any way i can access axis credit card statement without net banking or app ?

This is how it used to work with axis cards with separate limits
If card one has 30k and card two has 20k limit. Then your aggregate limit would be 30k with restriction of maximum 20k in your second card which means
if you used 30k on your first card you cannot use anything on second card
if you had used 20k on your second card then 10k can be used with first
If you had used 15k on your first card then you can use 15k on your second card
But recently from May Axis has started matching the limits which mean both cards will have same limit like 30k in this example and combined you can use 30k max or 30k fully in one of your cards
Call customer care IVR to know your card balance

Get netbanking. Message CUSTIDCC XXXX (Last Four Digit of your Credit Card) to 56161600. Then use that to set netbanking password and login and see balances and transaction.
Anyways, limit of 31072 is possible if you have fk axis card and extra amount is of cashback.

If so your your first card has no due and has 72rs extra might have come inform of refunds/cashback and Second card has a due of 9547 as of now and your aggregate due is 9475 (9547-72) which means you can use 21525 before next bill generation

I also have axis CC and no other relation with them.
You can still use their app even though you don't have savings account with them.
Install the app and you should be able to login, you don't need any activation from them, just sign up with your details.
