Axis Credit Card Transaction Missing

The txn shows in the unbilled txn list only when the payment is sent to the merchant by the bank. It can happen immediately or it can takes 48 hours as well. I have specifically observed this is axis statements and got to know this from their support executives

Faced similar issue with debit card transaction on hdfc card.. it was an emi transaction of 27 thousand.. but they deducted from my account after 3 months..

It will reflect in next stmt, happened once
If txn is cancelled, like FK instant cancel, then that debit+refund may not appear in stmt for ever
both cases happened to me once

Even mine also happened same in this month for axis flipkart card and Amount worth is 80k

same for me the trasaction was of 29k , did you used grab deals and got sms for the same

I purchased two realme gt me on 3rd oct, one cancelled and now statement generated but no transaction is visible neither refund nor deduction. Should I register a complaint for refund in axis cc?

my bill is not generated yet! Is Flipkart axis cc bill generation date different for everyone??

Same here! I did a BBD txn on Flipkart for ~10k and it does not reflect in the generated statement.
Will it show up in next month’s statement?

Should we wait for bill generation or pay now?

I am facing reverse issue. Flipkart refund and said it should reflect by 8th Oct, but till date refund not posted, even bill generated. Fk gave refund reference number. I will send email to axis tomorrow for this.

The transaction not showing in statement—-Did the transaction alert come in mail amd reduced available credit limit?

I am facing the same problem. I made a purchase on flipkart which is missing from the transaction list in my credit card statement . However, the available credit limit is lower & takes into account this “missing” transaction. This is the first time I am seeing something like this & I am not sure about how to proceed. I am assuming that this transaction will be reflected in the November statement bcoz in flipkart order details it is mentioned that the cashback will be credited in December. Strangely enough Axis bank CSR informed me that the missing transaction is visible on their end. My concern is that this may get wrongly reported & negatively impact my CIBIL score, so I am seriously considering paying the credit card bill including the missing transaction amount. Any advice?

In my case the payment is not reflecting and even my credit limit is restored by that amount.
Should I consider it as profit or they will deduct it later?

same happened with me on hdfc as well as icici
but i saw it later on after around 15 days in statement

this happens bcoz the card is first authorised and then it gets charged and it may sometime take much time then expected although ur date will be the same when u purchased the item.

Track all your refund/cashback and transactions very carefully with this bank and pay your bill on time. This is chor bank and you would never know when they can impose charges.

has anyone received statement email for axis fk cc ?

My 3 flipkart transaction done on October 10 not reflected in statement ( billed/unbilled ) yet nor the available limit has reduced

I cancelled one of my shipped product on 2nd oct and seller initiated my refund same day. As per fk, it should get by 8th oct but didn’t get till now.
Now fk asking to summit statement and unbilled txns of till today.
Anyone faced this issue too
