I did few transaction on FK axis CC. Most of the transactions got billed but one. Even after statement generation the transaction is not showing.

In simple words, I spent money using CC but not charged. Not a big value transaction.

Happened this for first time.

Ever happened with anyone?

similar issue for me and my brothers card…
bought mobile for 10000 but not reflecting in statement.

But, if u calculate available balance , that amount is added. So eventually this amount will reflect upcoming statements

I am facing reverse issue. Flipkart refund and said it should reflect by 8th Oct, but till date refund not posted, even bill generated. Fk gave refund reference number. I will send email to axis tomorrow for this.

Same case with me, txn and refund initiated on 3rd, fk said refund should reach card by 8th. But no refund till now. I raised a SR with Axis, they gave a temp refund. Something is really messy this month with Axis.

It is just not visible to you or the end user, but very well existing in their system. Life is beyond what one can see

Yes sms/mail both. It was reduced but I checked after few days, available balance was showing without deduction of missing amount. Available limit – Billed transactions = Available balance. Means If I pay billed transaction, my limit will be 100%

although it’s not reflecting in the transactions list, but if you check the available limit you can find that the transaction is waiting to be reflected that’s why the difference in the available limit and the transactions summary. so closing the card not feasible unless that transaction is settled and dues are cleared after that.

I am facing the same problem. I made a purchase on flipkart which is missing from the transaction list in my credit card statement . However, the available credit limit is lower & takes into account this “missing” transaction. This is the first time I am seeing something like this & I am not sure about how to proceed. I am assuming that this transaction will be reflected in the November statement bcoz in flipkart order details it is mentioned that the cashback will be credited in December. Strangely enough Axis bank CSR informed me that the missing transaction is visible on their end. My concern is that this may get wrongly reported & negatively impact my CIBIL score, so I am seriously considering paying the credit card bill including the missing transaction amount. Any advice?

In my case the payment is not reflecting and even my credit limit is restored by that amount.
Should I consider it as profit or they will deduct it later?

same happened with me on hdfc as well as icici
but i saw it later on after around 15 days in statement

this happens bcoz the card is first authorised and then it gets charged and it may sometime take much time then expected although ur date will be the same when u purchased the item.

It could be once in a while scenario. But with axis many dimers reporting same issue. Maybe Axis tech is “high” wink

Track all your refund/cashback and transactions very carefully with this bank and pay your bill on time. This is chor bank and you would never know when they can impose charges.

Axis and Profit is not Synonymous. Their system will track it, if not now but in future.
