Axis Credit Card Transaction Missing

I did few transaction on FK axis CC. Most of the transactions got billed but one. Even after statement generation the transaction is not showing.

In simple words, I spent money using CC but not charged. Not a big value transaction.

Happened this for first time.

Ever happened with anyone?

I think the issue is with flipkart merchant, not with axis cc.
as some ppl r reporting same issue with icici cc with being flipkart as merchant.

Could be. but my other 5 flipkart transaction billed successfully

Same here, some Flipkart merchant txn r getting billed, some r not.

not tried bro… axis and flipkart app integration has some flaws. So better pay through other means like paytm, mobikwik , amazon etc

few years back, my friend made a POS transaction of 50000/- and that was never appeared in his statements, that’s the loss to the merchant who failed to claim that transaction amount and immoral gain to the customer.

My 3 flipkart transaction done on October 10 not reflected in statement ( billed/unbilled ) yet nor the available limit has reduced

I cancelled one of my shipped product on 2nd oct and seller initiated my refund same day. As per fk, it should get by 8th oct but didn’t get till now.
Now fk asking to summit statement and unbilled txns of till today.
Anyone faced this issue too

I too faced, talk to axis cc and ask them to raise SR, axis will give a temp credit and investigate the issue

Finally received duplicate statement from Axis “backend” team with great difficulty. If you still haven’t received the statement, call Axis customer care & request them to send it via email. And if that doesn’t work threaten to nuke them on twitter. Well that’s what I did. smile
There seems to be an issue on Axis end atleast for me where even tho my registered email ID is correct, card statement is not being sent. On using the “Send statement by email” option in Flipkart app it displays an error which reads “CBC LCM Send email failed”

My missing transaction was also done on 10th of October…..the plot thickens grinning
Apparently, they have somehow managed to create a new third category for transactions…..billed, unbilled and “missing”

Ohh but axis bank employee said to wait or contact flipkart. Now fk asked the statement to investigate on further basis. I’ll contact to axis when fk will provide me any particular id which can be given to bank for assistance.

check cancelled order status, usually you may see refund reference id. there. I can see for my refund reference there

Yeah but that is not considered by them. He asked to wait further or contact fk only

First contact FK, they will give you refund reference number, then contact Axis via chat, most likely they will say that they cannot track refund by the reference number and they will raise a dispute for the transaction and will give temp credit. I did it yesterday. Yet to get any temp credit and dispute resolution might take time..Thats what we can do as of now..

Mine too transaction was done on oct 10th.
it was at least showing in available balance (available credit was reduced of this limit)

ideally we should pay dues according to the last generated statement . so Next time, as it is billed in present cycle.
