AXIS Edge Miles not credited - Post CITI Migration

This is for all friends who had CITIBANK PremierMiles Card and now migrated to AXIS Horizon Aard. 

Firstly, miles were correctly transferred from CITI to AXIS and the conversion rate was accurate (1 CITI Miles = 0.45, 1 AXIS Edge Miles = 1.00). However most of my recent transaction did not earn miles. I downloaded a statement generated from AXIS Edge Miles portal and compared with Aug statement and found multiple transactions were missed out. Called customer care and they agreed this as a technical glitch and raised a complaint. 

Do you check your accounts if you have missing miles.
