10% CB per quarter and not only once. They have clearly mentioned spends on paytm is not considered as eligible for CB.
Any online spends except paytm is eligible for this offer, I got cashback multiple times. This quarter also showing 12599 for recent axis bank card offer utilized on flipkart.
I’ll receive the kit Tom (rm asked me to spend 25k by june30th for cb) but I’ve used other cards for this month already. He said ‘privilege cc’ is complementary. Will they send cc without me applying?
near by branch employee telling that she can provide insta kit.. is this possible to get ? which type of debit card shud have to get 10% cashback
Priority platinum debit card, don’t think there’s Insta kit.

raise a ticket via email on support
next go to nodal officer level
and politely offer to close all existing relationship of yours and family members (even if doesn’t exist)
still problem not solved close the account proceed to other banks as per your requirement.
Better go for genuine purchase only.
You can claim only once that 10% CB.
And if they deny for wallet loading, then you lost the CB for that quarter.
Even if you spend >20K again after denial – no use- they won’t give CB.
Happened with me once as Mi.com cancelled order after few days and by then I claimed CB.
They denied CB even though I spent again >20K in the same quarter.
