Refund is considered as payment yes , chargeback still pending. Sent them merchant mail confirmation about return 2 days ago they are yet to respond.

Always pay minimum due amount to be safe side.
If u have axis account, just pay from axis account in app and then mail for credit refund. It is quick and refund issued in 2-3 days only.
