Axis reward points blocked

Has the blocked rewards points before a month for axis credit card users for spends on BharatNxt unblocked?

Mine is still in blocked status.
I did only 2 transactions amounting to 15000.

They asked for proofs via mail, but I informed them that I don't have any.

Is there any other way? Since then, there is no response from their side for many days.

@rockylucifer yes bro. I told them that I was not aware that we should not use our cards in these websites and also promised them that this won't happen.
