guys i hold a axis priority debit card and have few credit card bills to pay every month, i used to do this with cred but I don’t find cred coins useful anymore, is there any way I can earn rewards points on cc payment

replace ur debit card with online rewards debit card , add money in paytm and pay from there you will get 0.30% back which can be redeemed for fk amazon voucher etc.
you will get 3 edge points per 200 which is equivalent to 30 paisa per 100rs.
I don’t think there is any kind of limit also i earned 10,000 points equivalent to 2000rs last month.

What is the rewards rate of easy secure plus card… Which card gives best points in axis…??

It gives 1 point for 200. I.e. 0.1% reward rate. Cred is any day better.
