Our SMS Banking number 918691000002 is not working due to a technical issue. Domestic customers can use our alternate number 56161600 for any SMS Banking service. We are trying to resolve this at the earliest & regret any inconvenience caused in the interim - Axis Bank

Even the OTP SMS was not getting received yesterday during 2 pm to 6 pm. Plan you transactions accordingly.
