Axis support says Flipkart card cant be upgraded to Ace cc, is this correct?

I have Axis FK, when i inquired them last year they said there is no upgrade option for me. So i applied manually thru bank, got rejected twice.
I called them again few months before and upgraded to ACE. In Axis its not upgrade, you will get a separate card. So you might need to wait.

Just call cc and tell them you to want the ace card. They will approve it.

dont upgrade, if u have FK axis card then after 3 bill generation apply for Ace card, u will get same limit as fk axis card then close the flipkart card
