Axix Flipcart and IOCL cards are not working with Freecharge

Is anyone facing similar issue. Whenever i am trying to make transaction of any amount like 200 rs.,800 rs. all transaction are not getting successful. Also not getting any transaction declined messages or email about same transaction from Axis bank.
Below thing i have tried but still did not worked
1) Used same credit card in other Freecharge app.
2) Tried to use card without Freechage coupon code.
There is no issue observed if I use other bank credit card.
