Hi Dimers,

Yesterday, at 2 AM i returned the product purchased from Paytm, cause it was a misfit shoes. (no smaller size available, so no exchange and hence return)
The moment, I gave the return request, within few seconds I received an email stating that my return request is cancelled
Due to tampered / open package.

I tried contacting Paytm that very moment, but could not reach even after 20 mins hold on the phone.
I don’t understand the reason. The courier guys not even attended the pick up and return request rejected on such a stupid reason.
That too in a fraction of seconds, in the middle of the night. hushed

Today, morning again I tried contacting Paytm, after 12 mins of hold, I could get through.
After having a talk with them, they are saying my account is flagged with suspicious activity. I asked for the explanation.
After much arguments they stated, that the return count is on higher side. (in last 3 months out of 54 orders return is 13(due to size issues, or wrong products received))

I am using Paytm since 2010, and my average monthly purchase is around 10-12k and utility bill payments additional.
I am Paytm First too.

Now they are not accepting the return, the account is flagged and they have no resolution.
My few products are on the way too. What shall I do?
Shall I accept the pending order deliveries?

Have any of the Dimers have come across such situation and got any resolution for the same?

Please guide. Paytm account on flagged mode. Stuck up with the products to return. sad pensive
and fade up with the Paytm customer care.

Please help

twitter is your only hope…or u can choose to accept the deliveries and wait for a month. it maybe a temporary block. curious to know what u buy from paytm these days. i haven’t placed a single order on paytmmall since they stopped that monthly 200 off on 299 code and the 100% cashback loot wink

If they don’t give you a damn for so much of business every month, it’s time to blacklist Paytm.
For the time being, Twitter, Facebook and higher level emails, write to all and wherever you can to get your return processed

Above is the pblm i highly doubt ur using it for PERSONAL use, twitter is ur only solution….

I am using it for my personal use only. I returned products due to size issue or wrong products received and that is acceptable in online business.

Almost 25% of return rate is not good and that too with shady companies like paytm.

But they have not mentioned anywhere about this policy or never warned me prior to when I placed the orders. If they would have informed me or atleast mentioned in their policy, I would have not ordered from paytm and might have chose another Ecommerce website.

I don’t trust Paytm at all. After I returned all fake Puma slippers I received in my last order 4-5 months ago, I stopped using them. Now I only use them for recharge and for their wallet.

Paytm Was Good For Recharge In Initial Days… So Is The Current Days.

As you returned 13 item of sellers out of them if 5-6 sellers have case against you to paytm seller support for receiving damage/different products then they make note of it and take action on customers.

There are no damage and no different products were returned.
I am a genuine buyer and expect the same from the seller.

Paytm is not worthy anymore.
I will write to higher authority and make sure Paytm is in trouble. rage

13 count is way too much. Amazon s number is 10% (out of total orders – Price/number)

I got a mail from amazon specialist asking for a reason for return (When I had to return twice when they sent me unboxed laptops)
