One of the reliance online shopping company ajio.com
I am very disappointed from the delivery of my product from the last 4-5 days my order is not packaged form the warehouse i called 4-5 times to a customer care..mailed for 3-4times but dey didnt find reason behind the late shipping..I talked to senior officers to tak in warehouse they said mam we dont have powers to directly talk with them we can only file your complainand dey say one thing wait fr some days ve vll inform u..n we are apologize for ur inconvience..
I request to u all kindly think about while purchasing from ajio

I got my products delivered late and then I wanted to place a return request for few items. Well, Here it starts. the page does not let me through to do the same. I had to e-mail at cutomercare@ajio to ask them to do that for me. Finally, it took 2 days for them to that which is fine. Since Aug 08, 2016, I am waiting Ajio to pick up order and refund my amount. I tried calling them on their toll free number and have written e-mails but they lie and don’t take efforts to solve your problem. Its Aug 23, 2016 and they have not done anything about it. Reliance company has always been a thief. Few years back as well they started with a new company, took the money from people and then showed a great loss in the business.
Please, on a serious note do not order anything from AJIO .
