TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR IRCTC “BADI SHOPPING BADA CASHBACK” OFFER

This offer is only for registered iMudra users having a valid Visa / Rupay card issued through the iMudra app (hereafter User) and using their Visa / RuPay card for digital or physical transactions (hereafter Transactions).
The offer shall be available in the following three tiers:
2.1. For Transactions meeting or exceeding Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) and up to Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in the Offer Period a User is eligible for a flat cashback of 2.5% up to Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred & Fifty).

2.2. For Transactions meeting or exceeding Rs. 10,001/- (Rupees Ten Thousand and One) and below Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) in the Offer Period a User is eligible for a flat cashback of 5% up to Rs.1000/- (Rupees One- Thousand) calculated on amount meeting or exceeding Rs. 10,001.

2.3. For Transactions meeting or exceeding Rs. 20,001/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand and One) in the Offer Period a User is eligible for a flat cashback of 10% up to Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) calculated on amount meeting and exceeding Rs. 20,001.

Calculation of total Transactions will be done excluding
3.1. Any amounts being used for loading / transferring amounts to another wallet or PPI.

3.2. Any Transaction being reversed due to a refund or any other reason

The transaction slabs are independent and if the Transactions exceed any one slab only the incremental amount over and above the previous Transaction slab will be eligible for the cashback of the next Transaction slab.
Illustrative examples showing cashback earned based on differing User Transactions is as below:
5.1. 7000 – 2.5%*7000 = Rs. 175 Cashback

5.2. 15000 – 2.5%10000 + 5%5000 = Rs. 500 Cashback

5.3. 25000 – 2.5%10000 + 5%10000 + 10%*5000 = Rs. 1250 Cashback

The maximum cashback a User can earn during the Offer Period shall be Rs 2000 (Rupees Two Thousand)
The offer is valid till the 28th of February 2021 (Offer Period). The Offer Period may be extended or curtailed by IRCTC at its discretion.
Cashback amount shall be credited within 30 working days from the end of Offer Period.
In the event of any cancellation or refund, full or partial, of the order for which the payment is made:
9.1. If such cancellation or refund happens prior to credit of the cashback then cashback will be calculated as per the reduced Transaction amount

9.2. If such cancellation or refund happens after the credit of the cashback then the amount of cashback paid shall be deducted from the refund / cancellation and remining amount shall be credited to the iMudra card of the User.

Amount of cashback shall be at the sole discretion of IRCTC.
The decision of IRCTC in case of any dispute shall be final. All disputes are subject to courts at Delhi
All usage terms and conditions of the iMudra app shall continue to apply.

@androgame Could you please confirm bill payment/recharge option is available or not because I m unable to make any payment using card ?

Also I m getting error Txn to this account is not permitted / Txn deny due to Payu Rules Etc.
