Bajaj insta EMI card

Yesterday i received a pre-approved message from bajaj. it offered me insta EMI card and upon cibil score check I was given 70,000 limit but the OKYC process is getting failed. How do I get the card now?
i can still see the pre-approved offer but the KYC is getting stuck. Anyone with experience with Bajaj can guide me please?

Contact customer care and talk with them. I got pre approved RBL card and had the same issue. Then their executive called me to inform the offer. I had informed the online KYC is failing and then he arrange office person to contact me. He asked me to send Aadhar, pan and a selfie via whatsapp and it everything processed in a single day and in 2 days i got the card as well
