Seems something is seriously wrong with bajaj , if I recall I have seen a similar post sometimes back.

By the way, as per RBI guidelines you will get refund, if your wallet is closed.

Nothing to worry bro, faced same issue last month and it was solved in 7 days.

It is shadow ban in your account due to suspicious activity by there system.

Jst mail them or tweet them . They will call you for verification. Do that and ur account will b unblocked.

they should have called you to confirm the transaction, looks like due to suspicious activity they blocked your wallet temp

contact them or maybe check wallet section in app, if there is any popup to activate wallet

Raised chargeback dispute & you will get your refund bank.

Does bajaj wallet allows to transfer wallet money to bank account with charge?

I  created and activated my wallet only yesterday

added 5000 using rupay credit card from bhim that was successful but today added as same 25000 this happened got closed sms

I had 6-7k balance so paid 5 lpg gas bills and got sms wallet blocked. 600 rs still stuck

No that's single kyc for wallet...u need to do another kyc like apply for insta emi card then put all details and at the last page when they tell u to pay some 500 amnt just back out. After 1 day ull get the msg full kyc.did u do that? Arindam told this in his video several times if u don't do that this kind of problem happens that's why he told us to do double kyc.

I transferred till now 30k + amnt till now 15k per time. No problem yet.

U created/ did kyc yesterday

Did 5000 ( thats the limit in case of upi for 24 hour's )

Then you did a bigger txn of 25K

So the system blocked your wallet

If you have waited a day or to more to make such big txn like 25K

Even single kyc is fine for wallet

Now Arindam giving referral link of bajaj emi card and asking people to do 2 kyc
The 2nd kyc is for the card for which Arindam will get referral benefit

So yes if u want u can do the 2nd kyc for bajaj finserv card/ partner card eligibility
But thats not having any relation with your wallet block
