Banggood order not received from 02 months

Hi, I order AUN AKEY 6 projector from Banggood on 25-05-2020 and it was shipped on 27-05-2020. Tracking No is YTZDH0052505032YQ.

I selected India Direct Mail, paid shipping insurance and custom insurance also.
But It has not bee been delivered even after 02 month.
If I ask for refund from banggood, will they refund? If they refund, will I still get the order as it is already shipped? 
Currently Indian customs are not clearing Chinese orders. Dont know when they will clear? Even the last Entry seems to be fake and made by banggood to deny refund , as custom problem items are not refunded.

Have you received your order? Mine also been strucked in delhi customs since 9th July
No bro. As far as I know, nobody’s order has been delivered. 3 months have passed from order date. I will ask refund now.

I don’t think they will be able to deliver in near future.
I placed order in May, like most of yours it reached India after 2 months on 9th Jul & under customs clerance from 2 months. They dragged till last month & now they are willing to refund but I badly need the products as few components are not avilable in India.
I’m getting from AE with delay, few never came or lost and no progress from Bangood.
I hope there is no hold but customs r scrutinising all chinees parcels thoroughly. Most of my small AE PACKETS 50+ WERE CUSTOMS EXAMINED AND DELIVERED
The worst part is they refunded full money about 14 days ago.
BUT Its still has not been credited in my card till now. Same issue with another friend also. I dont know whether they even refunded in actual!
I too face same problem. Delhi customs hasn’t published latest detained packages also. Had any one managed to recieve your package

Refund 90 days after shipping. Custom customer care number wont help. I got refund after 30 days of applying.
@shivrajsingh I am also not getting update about my package from last 1.5 month.
I think shipping has resumed from Banggood for some items. Apply for refund if delivery time get over. You will get refund. But then item wont arrive. They will ask courier partner to send it back.
@shivrajsingh Last status it is showing item arrived at local Airport, IN. After that No update. last update was on 14-Sep-2021.
@shivrajsingh I have ordered projector. I tried to call to Flytexpress courier from where package is shipped. But no response.
I think these are not direct courier companies and work for clearing customs only. You have no other that waiting then claim refund if you opted for.shipping insurance.
Did you receive the product or refund? As I can see product is still pending for custom clearance.
