Bank SMS Alert Charges

there was a notification last year that customers will be charged 25 paise for every SMS alert subject to a maximum of ₹25 a month. 

however some banks are still charging Rs. 17.70 on quarterly basis 


are some banks excluded from this new regime

some PSU accounts still being charged 17.70 on quarterly basis but HDFC is as per new regime of 25p per sms
