BB daily Recharge Failed Money deducted from my axis flipkart cc ? Help and issue with tmw

so on 2nd january i recharged my bb daily wallet with 1000 rupees but i got an error code after 30 seconds but money got deducted from my CC after that i contacted bbdaily they said there were no issues from our side it is a gateway related problem so they gave me transaction id and asked me to contact the bank and then i contacted the bank customer care they said there is no issue from our side and they gave me a transaction id aswell and asked me to contact bbdaily and the other option the cc gave me is to dispute against bbdaily , so i asked them to file a dispute now the thing is they are saying it could take 60 days to get refund so is there anyone who can help me escalate this issue faster .

2) the same thing happened few months ago on tmw at that time tmw refunded my money but it not showed up in my statement and when i contacted the customer care he started doing calculations from my statement which i could not understand and later he said money has been air dropped what doest that mean ? till date i dont know if i got that money or not

Follow up with BBdaily only for few days since there is a txn id. If that doesn’t work out, raise a dispute with Axis Credit Card CC.
I too had similar issue with BBdaily+Paytm. BBdaily said there is no txn id and there is no issue from their side. When I spoke to Paytm CC, they followed with BBdaily, the money got credited in next day in BBdaily.
