But there are innumerous defenders for the charges . And customers happily paying to one platform , than other jumps in to cash in , seeeing Free money available from Idiots , others to join the bandwagon .

But if people start to order 20 rs and 30 rs orders then these charges bound to happen. 299 rs for free delivery is quite reasonable limit.
If people want free delivery for half liter milk or 200 ml curd then that is unreasonable expectation.

What is there to shame? BBNow has every right to earn profit. Sometimes try putting yourself in their shoes. It is not practical to give free delivery forever.

I used to order 4 packets milk for 108, and one large bread for 50, that used to be delivered free. Now, its 9 Rs. Else fill basket with unnecessary items upto 299.
All I wanted was the earlier limits.
