BBPS ISSUE PLEASE HELP

I have paid electricity bill on amazon for pspcl on 31st december 2018 my bill payment was successful but bill is still due. Lodged complaint with amazon they said the money is with BBPS now they are saying only one thing that we have successfully processed your payment. I am not getting any final solution to this problem. Need help from dimers anyone faced this issue

same happened with me and my friend and problem automatically solved after 10+ days,i will suggest u to wait 10-15 days

Faced same issue, Lodge a complaint at Amazon.in and get it resolved in 3 days max..
