First time this was happened with me may be you are the next person to face this issue !

I have ordered a RiteBite Snacking Bars Tiffin box where order got shipped through FedEx courier ,
order reaches delivery location in 3 days but delivery not happened , next 6th day received a communication as " Delivered Successfully " , again done checking on FedEx Website known as " Delivered to Me stating my Name clearly and signed by Me " but not delivered in real !
So I have visited FedEx office to collect and enquire about shipment , where Office person told all parcels are delivered and non are left !
I have raised complaint with FedEx CC !
After raising complaint my Shipment got Delivered next Day successfully

FedEx is becoming a nuisance. They delay such way that we go to their office and collect them. This way they save some money.
Some delivery guy of almost all courier partner do this to fill up the delivery quota alloted to them but in real life could not be able to complete on that day and deliver later.
Very bad practice by delivery persons and that is why a high time otp based delivery is very much needed by all companies.
OTP based delivery is must !
Sab courier companies me ek-do aise talonted delivery wale bande hote hi hai. I have faced this issue with ATS earlier.
Same happened with me, Product was shipped through amazon transportation. It is showing delivered but i haven’t got any product.. There is reponse is so pathetic.

Once a delivery guy delivered my medicines 2 days later even tho he closed my delivery status as delivered on that day itself… when i asked why he did that… he said that he had to attend a wedding 😑

Previously FedEx used to be super fast in deliveries..
Nowadays they are very very slow..
They took 3 days to deliver from Bhiwandi to Mumbai..And a week to deliver from Gurgaon to Mumbai..
ATS would have delivered that overnight, B to M
