Don’t know about other account variant? As i have only Kotak 811 account.
But it works on Kotak and slice cards. You can check again with your kotak debit card.

Tried now but I was expected to approve the transaction for full amount of ₹500, nothing less – no option was provided to burn the SuperCoins which I had.
