beaware bajaj finserv credit card bill pay problem

So I paid 260 rs on credit card bill pay using bajaj finserv app
But only 1 rs got credited instead of 260.
The worst part is I cant get in touch with customer support. On app if I chose it asked to login via page after I login and try to select customer support it either says page not found or says logs me out and doesnt let me login again.
Thanks god it was just 260 rs instead of 30-40k which I pay each month.
