there is a glitch in hdfc app, all we need to do is trail and error. in case if not working through app, then always it is better to try from web browser via their netbanking.

Yesterday I made a payment of 5k for ICICI using netbanking bill pay and tried 13k for Axis today. The payment didn't go though as I had set 10k online transaction limit. I changed the limit and after after that, the debit card has been unlinked from my account. It is showing up in the inactive debit card section at the last alongwith my older expired cards. tried calling CC but no response because of Gandhi Jayanti I guess

Typical MobiD-ck behavior
Zaakpay is there since 3-4 months now.
Mobikwik has changed mcc name and code.
ONE MOBIKWIK SYS is utility 4900 and only this gives 1% for HDFC Easy shop platinum debit card.
ONE MOBIKWIK and One Mobikwik Sys is wallet 6540 and only Millenia debit card will get 1% on this, easyshop platinum debit card will be 0.
MERCHANT is 7399 Other business spends and easyshop platinum debit card will be 0 on this as well. Millenia might give 2.5% on this though.
All are based on my understanding and what I read from various places. Haven't tried myself.
Summary of various apps...
Freecharge- Y (paid under 1000 amounts only, otherwise fee)
Paytm- N
Payzapp- N
Mobikwik- N (as per other dimers)
GPay- No option for DC
Amazon- No option for DC
CRED- N (more than 50K payment required to enable DC)
kindly correct me to update the comment so that others will take decision.
