Beneficial way to pay 3.8L at govt website using HDFC payment gateway

I have to make a payment of 3.8 Lacs on a govt website and that website uses HDFC payment gateway. I have 23 days to make payment. I am open for new account or debit card or other way to make that payment so that I can save some good chunks of hard earned money.
Kindly note this payment is sort of downpayment not any tax payment and how to know MCC code before payment.
Please respond and thanks in advance.

Kindly note it is not tax payment. This payment is sort of downpayment. Split is not possible and how to know MCC code before payment.

HDFC business debit card will give you :
You will get 5 Cashback point on every Rs. 100 spent on all tax payments and 1 Cashback point on every Rs. 100 spent on Telecom, Utilities, Groceries & Supermarket, Restaurant & Apparels, Entertainment.
Maximum cap of Rs. 750 per card per month. Hence in you case if it is possible split payment half in December & Balance in January
