Bescom bill not generating on 3rd party apps

My Bescom electricity bill is not getting generated on 3rd party apps like Gpay, paytm etc.
It was generating earlier but from past 3-4 months it’s not generating. So i have to take the physical copy of the bill and pay it on bescom website.
If i pay the bill through rupay platinum debit card will i receive the 5% cashback upto 50/- on it? or if there’s any better way to gain extra cashback/discount kindly let me know?
