Best 43inch 4k TV under 30k

I’m looking for TV for a small room. Main requirement is good picture quality and after sales service. Gaming mode is a plus(for PS4). Can buy firestick if inbuilt apps are not good.
I can easily get cheaper brands like VU, TCL and Motorola in this range or should I go with LG/Panasonic in the upcoming sale?
