Offline stores are horror story in my city . . . they will charge a fortune and when it comes to service .. all kind of stories .
And not to forget all kind of festivals and holidays ... eid / ramdan / ramnavmi / hanuman jayanti / guru purnima / good friday / saturday / sunday / lazy day / strikes ... all excuses to not work .
