I want to buy a watch from Amazon japan site..can someone suggest a best card for the same which will attract nil forex charges and could provide some cashback?

Yes bank uni card will not have forex charges but it doesn't give any reward on intl txns.

apart from ixigo credit card, niyo debit card (which sometimes may get declined)
one can check if any Amex, Visa, Mastercard cards with rewards higher than the conversion charges.. is getting accepted.
Someone had a Yes bank card and they were telling that having higher rewards, sort of, compensated the conversion charges.
Maybe DCB debit card users SBM credit card users can shed light on their experience.

Yes, but sbi will charge 3.5% + GST on international transaction.. plus 5% is also risky, depends on mcc.. better to use a zero forex card
