best Cashback for CC bills

I pay my bills on postpe with sbi debit card it gives 100points(25rs)(max 100 for 1 transaction) for 10000 payment it gives 0.4+0.25=0.65

mobikwik 10000 pe 50 cashback

Mobikwik FULLPAY offer 1% cashback upto 100 every month sometimes 10000pe100 cashback with sbi debit card if available

dont trust mobiwik as I had not received cashback multiple times.... what are the other ways to receive some cashback / reward point etc.... I have about 10.5k bill to pay in next few days... thanks a lot for every suggestion
