@lordoflight   so I won't be able to get any graphics card in that amount ?? I can stretch my budget by an additional 10 k but I need the best bang for my buck because I won't be upgrading for at least the next 4-5 years

You can but will it be powerful than the APU not unless you invest mire than 25K in GPU alone or get something in used market. There are other GPUs as well if you are only going to do editing intel ARC is a good option and can be fitted in the budget easily.

if u r editing in premiere pro and after effects here goes the spec and reason behind it -- 

1. CPU = I5-12400 [ a non F version ensures u get quicksync support which immensely helps in timeline performance, premiere pro can use both quick sync and nvenc at the same time ] = 17k

2. GIGABYTE B660M GAMING DDR4 = 10k

3. CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16GB 3200mhz C16 *2 [32gb ram is a must for 4k editing if u r using adobe software they love rams ] = 7.5k

4. 1tb SN570 or SN770 = 5.5k / 7.5k

5. RTX 3060 [ NVENC is a must while editing in adobe software so amd or arc is not an option ] = 30k

6. CORSAIR RME SERIES RM750E = 9k 

7. cabinet of ur choice = 3k-4k 

total = 82k-85k
