Best Credit Card for Rent Payments

Seeking suggestions for the best credit card for paying monthly rent (Rs 30,000) with Lifelong Free (LTF) or no annual maintenance charges. Currently, I own ICICI Coral and CitiBank Rewards cards, but they've started charging 1% + GST on rent payments since June 2024. Please recommend alternative credit cards that offer rewards, cashback, or benefits without charging extra fees for rent payments. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
