Cross check if made the payment via netbanking or if you specifically selected debit card during bill payment. This is easy to miss.

If paid via debit card, the cashback points are not awarded immediately, they will usually take 2-3 working days.

Can you check the Payment details:

Last 5 Payments are shown on the HDFC Billpay platform, if done through Debitcard it will show as :

Payment Method:  DebitCard – XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Just asking because had some users previously complained similarly and latter on they realized that they mistakenly had paid via account instead of choosing the DC.

if you still haven’t got reward points in your “Debit Card Cash Back Enquiry and Redemption” section. It’s high time that you raise a complaint with hdfc.

Indusind debit card.. they have 6X reward …anyone tried?? I heard they are not giving post pandemic..but exclusive ac customer car told they give for paying CC bill payment
