Best medical insurance for parents 60+ age

I am working in a startup.

I have corporate medical insurance for my parents.

But I need a backup as I can get fired anytime as startup is running in loss.

You can get arogya sanjeevani plan from any insurances company, it is cheaper but involves co-payment.

Visit bank with which u have account, tieup with companies makes premium cheaper and sum insured higher

check out "national senior citizen mediclaim policy" even 2lac policy is enough. for backup

You can increase cover later if needed.

@rajatindia You Post has very less information to give you any meaningful suggestion. You need to know what is the Sum Insured you need and then design a Base+Super Topup plan in conjunction with your Company Policy and/or the possibility of layoff. For less amount, you can get Super Topup Policy. You can contact a company called Ditto Insurance which is known to give Unbiased Insurance Advisory.

Second this policy continues till lifetime or it stops after person attains a certain age like in some other senior citizen policies?

It can be continued till lifetime. Condition is that primary (or senior-most) member should be aged between 60 to 80 at the time of first policy purchase. Premium remains same after age 85.

And about your question on subsidy - no clue bhai... Can you share any webpage where you saw it?

yeah I saw this image, you posted earlier as well, I think in your other thread, but I have not seen this on any website yet, so pls share that website, maybe the context will help me understand or I'll be able to ask precise question to some other guys who have more experience in such matters.
