Pixel 7's price should drop by a hefty amount during BBD sales. Oneplus is best avoided due to buggy updates and locking off end-user access to the MSM Download tool from OP10 onwards. I will prefer S22 due to the ginormous, ugly notch in iPhones.If that's not an issue iPhone 13 is an easy recommendation unless the primitive and extremely restrictive iOS is not to your taste

Samsung battery life sucks man plus processor is also not that efficient in long run
I can't believe i am saying this, but I would go for iqoo 11, bcz of sd 8 gen 2(tsmc 4m, so even for worst case optimization users r getting excellent battery life and performance which should last for 5 years effortlessly), 120w charging, cameras r also great but obviously inferior in certain conditions compared with pixel(pixel devices advantage being free google photos editor and disadvantage being some weird issues always popping up like fingerprint scanning issue or display issue etc..)
So If u r totally into clean ui and camera then pixel or else all other cases iqoo 11 it is

I am also planning to switch to another phone from Oneplus 7. The battery on the device has become terrible and need to charge it few times a day with light usage.
I am also following this trend and have shortlisted pixel and Moto till now. Let's see if we can get another recommendation. Is it worth to buy Samsung S23 now or wait for BBD sale. I can wait for few more months as have already purchased a powerbank. Any help will be appreciated.

I am using Pixel 7 Pro as my primary android device from last 2 months (13 Pro Max remains my primary device 😛). I moved to Pixel 7 Pro after using OnePlus 9RT for close to 10 months and trust me I miss OnePlus (I know might sound surprising).
OnePlus 11 if you are willing to spend 55k but would rather suggest you to save money and get the 11R at 40k. That's best value and better than Pixel 7 in almost every aspect (even cameras are at par and better in some situation). Battery also far superior. Remember Pixel 7 doesn't has stellar battery life but OnePlus with 5000 mah battery and efficiency of 8+ Gen 1 and 8 Gen 2 should be an easy 1.5 - 2 day smartphone.
