I’ve never ordered grocery online for my personal use.
Can anyone suggest best one from BigBasket, Grofers, PrimeNow, Pantry etc?

Depends on your location bro, i consider bigbasket the best in terms of range and service, pantry doesnt have much offers for me
I dont have grofers and PrimeNow
Also i see many offers for flipkart grocery (but dont have at my location) so you can check that as well

Thanks alot.
Even I don’t hav Flipkart SuperMart on my location. However since many people are suggesting BigBasket I’ll give this a try. I hope they have wide range of options & cashback offers, as previously I preferred DMART, which is really cheap and with great offers.

I have used only BigBasket and Amazon Pantry till now.. & out of these BigBasket is better in terms of Product Price, Range & offers..
Further customer service of BigBasket is a bit faster (when they reply) as they only need to deal with Groceries in comparison to pantry.. and their offer t&c are a lot simpler..

But as @androgame said, chck for ur location once, if flipkart supermarket available then it would be beneficial at times mainly due to 1rs products.. which are more frequent than those in Bigbasket/pantry.

I’ll prefer BigBasket for now. Hope Flipkart SuperMart launches in my location soon.

You will not find prices anywhere lower than grofers. And even if you do just buy it on grofers and send them a screenshot and link of lower price and they will refund the difference under lowest price guarantee. My usual grocery bills used to be around 6k-7k. I now purchase items worth 4k every month and have a huge stockpile of items. Bank offers are also great on grofers.

How does the lowest price guarantee work.
Does it really work.
I use grofers and find many items overpriced comparatively to others.

I have tested it a couple of times but I always find that the products on Grofers are expensive than Amazon/Amazon Pantry. A few products are a little cheaper on Grofers but majority of them are not. And I don’t want to go through LPG everytime I place my order. LPG is a marketing gimmick. If they really want to offer best price, then they should list best price.

On top of that, I get good bank cb/discount offers on Amazon. These are the bank offers I redeem regularly.

15% ICICI cb for super value days
+ 5% additional cb for using Amazon Pay ICICI bank card.
200 rs cb for Prime Day on min of 1000 rs order.

So, for a order of 1500 rs, I effectively pay 1000 rs.

Interesting. Everyone here is finding benefits in different apps, and they’re all right. Feeling confused.

I gave used bigbasket, grofers, amazon pantry, amazon now, flipkart.
Bigbasket has widest range but price is little higher than grofers however monthly discount offers make them even. Delivery is also like perfect in bigbasket.
Amazon pantry use to send items in box, many things got damaged, that was my last with them, cc wants pic of dmaged stuff n even reply is from another person.
Amazon now is costly but monthly offers apply while range is not wide, still best for two hours delivery.
Flipkart i have placed order once. Many items not available so unable to reach 1200 mark of free delivery.

I don’t think they have wide range in grocery. It seems they’re more into dairy and daily needs.

True, however I thought people might have uniform preference. However all apps serve sufficiently as per the requirements of users, so yes…. Mixed reaction from dimers.

I usually purchase via local stores (Dmart/Foodworld/Reliance Fresh)
Online it has always been amazon pantry/prime (if available) or prime now when i don’t have the patience to go out n purchase from a local store or when i need them on an urgent basis from a particular store ( Like More from Marathahalli/Mahadevapura – Bengaluru )
There are couple of local stores which offer similar prices compared to amazon but i have always found amazon to be the best option combined with bank/Apay offers
Strangely I never bothered to create BB account, have grofers but its been a while since i shopped from it. The price match guarantee seems very attractive, will try grofers sometime soon

Even I’ve always shopped from dmart/bigbazaar or other local shops. Pantry is costly since branded dals etc are almost 20% more than the off-line markets whose quality is not really bad as per my experience. Also I don’t have ICICI card, nor interested in getting one just to get benefits from Pantry(tried ICICI POCKETS n it din work)
However excluding rice dals sugar etc it’s actually cheap online.

Once upon a time Bigbasket + Payzapp combo was the best – 25% cashback….reduced to 5% now.
Reliance Fresh + Freecharge also worked well till last month- 20% cashback ….it is reduced to 8-10% now.
I also used Grofers + PhonePe + Magicpin to get great deals last month.

Now I don’t think any offer better than 15% discount/cashback is available

Most sites are rewarding until it gets good reputation and customers.

Using bigbasket for my groceries and have bbstar membership(got it free) . Vegetables are fresh and wide range of products. Earlier Payzapp cashback was awesome but now less cashback.
Grofers has less product range but prices are competitive. I use it when Grofers randomly credits 100₹.
Yet to try Amazon pantry.
Use cashback site for extra cashback
