My experience so far:
Hdfc bank is top private bank but their netbanking experience seems outdated plus whenever you visit the branch rather than providing services they just force you to invest or take other products. Loan interest rate is less and RM is useless and often share fake news and most of all RM changes every year so if one RM said something this year, next year new RM won't know.
Icici: branch service really good and RM is also good .internet banking experience is top notch but credit cards are useless . For loans they will verify like anything..painful process.

Only interest rate is good bro but one cannot avail loan and other products if you move to small town..so if you have a branch in your locality then good
Maybe if possible to do it, split depositing your salary into ICICI and HDFC, that way you get dual benefit

My company uses workday and they have an option to do it, hence I said so. Though I have never split it
Hsbc
Am using ICICI as a Privilege banking customer. Its the worst in terms of services. Bad RM experience. Just sells loans. Not answering any query about CC or any attractive bank offers.
So am doubtlful that as salary account too it will be same
