Best thick kadhai for cooking?

My 20 year old Thick Kadhai has become black. Not even hard scrubbing removes this blackness.
Is this harmful? Should I change my kadhai?
If I should change, what are some of the best kadhais? Any advantage of non-stick kadhai? Want to avoid Cast-iron because very hard to clean.

ye black layer hydrocarbons , unburnt fuel ki wjh se jamti hai baba ji , agr ghr pe kisi ko cholesterol ya heart diesease ki shikayat ho to mat use kro aur aage shikayat na lani ho to replace krdo , andr ki side shi nahi rhta ye.

use brick piece to rub, do it everyday once; in a week it will shine
