Check the IR pack of 1101 (monetary value of 933.05)
It's best if you take a local sim at the country and use this IR pack for incoming/ outgoing calls only for India. Incoming and outgoing calls from India are charged at 2 rs from Dubai.
The local sim will help you to get cheap data and calls in that country.
