Best way/site to fix laptop screen

My touchscreen Lenovo 1080p(Lenovo edge 15) laptop lost it’s screen after falling from table and hinges also unscrewed and currently lying in bed
May I know if I can just fix the hinge and attach screen and use it or can screen also be reused..
Also pls tell some good laptop repair centers or websites in Chennai who can help me ..I don’t want to spend more than 5k for this
