Best way to pay CC after rupay?

Hello,
Have to pay 2.5 lakh cc bill in a week, looking best ways to get max rewards/cashback/points.
1. Banking RM ne HDFC Millennia chep diya 4800/yr ki limit bol ke. Later learnt 400 limit, so need to still see how to pay 2.1l.
2. Have SBI DC which provides 4 points or .25 INR for 100 spent.
3. Have savings account at SBI, IDBI, Kotak, HDFC, Union, IDFC, ICICI, RBL, AU.
Paytm KYC in process (limit of 10k currently but I think it will still be 1l).

Debit Card methods (in order of preference):
1) RBL signature + dc: 1% cashback for payment by loading wallet or paying directly. Cashback through vouchers upto 1000rs pm. Extra 5,000 Rs voucher if spend of 5L in a year. Fees 5,000 (excl gst) issuance (get 5k voucher) and 1,500 annual (waived off on 3L spends).
2) HDFC PLATINUM debit card: can be used on hdfc bill pay and mobikwik for 1% cashback upto rs750 pm. (excl mobikwik offers). This does not work on Cred. Fees 750 (waived for certain account categories)
3) HDFC Millennia debit card: can be used to load Amazon/Paytm wallets and then pay bill. 1% cashback upto 400pm. Fees 500 (waived for certain account categories)
4) Other dc: Indusind exclusive, RBL edc, axis liberty [will add details]
Why have you crossed out hdfc platinum dc?
What do you mean by 'after rupay'? What is this rupay method
Which HDFC debit card is best for CC payments? HDFC Millenia or platinum dc
Any app that gives some useful points? CRED is fully used. Mobikwik is useless... Snapay stopped is what I learnt.
Yes. Cashback is not getting credited.
