what is the best method to pay Credit card monthly bill .??
Any method to earn cashbak / points even in this ??

Pay via Debit Card to earn reward points (SBI debit card for SBI CC). 
Axis bank gives points for bill payments but issue is they take 4 days to credit the amount, so more or less useless.
One can pay 4,5 days in advance then?
How to pay with debit card
On SBI card site, next to the card statement (amount due), there is a link called “Pay Now”. Click on that & it will take you to the next screen of paying via SBI debit card or Pay via net banking of Other banks. Choose pay via SBI debit card & proceed according to instructions on the screen.

Credit Card jo already Udhaar ka paisa tha, usko wapas karne me bhi Cashback dhoondh raha hun 
you can pay using bill desk, using ICICI net baking you will get payback points for each transaction up to Rs 10000
higher value transactions get same points as Rs 10000, so if u have to make a big payment to make, split it up using multiple transactions.
Have tried this and it works, payback points come within a month, your average balance has to be higher than 15000 to get these benefits
