I think none of third party providers supporting Amex as of now so no cashback.

If best way in terms if convenience then pay via UPI

Make instant payments through UPI.

sbi rupay is giving 2x points and for every 1 lakh spend per year they are giving 1K points. Looks like they changed the t&c as earlier it used to be more.
