Paytm Citi is still one of the best option, as most other options have got devalued. But u need to be lucky to get it, as Paytm also offers hdfc/sbi cards and they are not good.

3% cb, 1.5% charges. Plus Paytm sometimes gives additional 100-200 Cashback.

Alternately, nobroker via payzapp wallet/hdfc card gives 100 cb. So, diners/inifina on payzapp will give 3.33% reward point and 100 cb at 1% charges.

Or load payzapp wallet via idfc card and then do rent payment for 1.5/2.5% cb (reducing from next month) and 100 cb at 1% charge. 

If u have proper rent agreement, magicbricks is also running some good offers. Axis is running 10x edge rewards currently and  is one of the best option. That can potentially give about 20% cb as Myntra Vouchers, if u have privilege card. Although it is probably only for second month, so effective cashback would be 10%.

If you are looking for rewards, check out Infinia, DCB, Ultimate, Magnus, Eterna and Diners Privilege. These have good rewards.
