What is the best way to pay the jio fibernet bill to get maximum benefit, bill amount 1700+.

Edit: currently paying using apay balance loading using icici apay card or Amex mrcc
So total benefit: 3%(₹50)(2% apay cashback+ 1% bill pay for icici apay)

Amazon GV at 5% using sbi cashback card or hdfc millennia cc on amazon giving 5% cb for even bill payments though official T&C say 1% but monthly cb limit is 1k.
