As per HDFC WEBSITE, Redemption Rate
Product Catalogue (vouchers/products) - Upto Rs. 0.35
Cash back- Rs. 0.20
When I am trying to redeem points against Amazon pay gift card it is showing Rs. 0.15 per points (Points 6660 = Rs. 1000 Amazon pay GV) (Not aware about further processing charges or redemption charges of HDFC)
So "Statement cashback" option is good instead of GV.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
If I purchased Rs.1000 Amazon GV thru Smartbuy then I will get 24 points only (Processing charges 1.25 %+GST i.e. Rs. 14.75), No any benefit of smartbuy 5X points

This is a good option for redemption but Redemption fee of Rs. 99 is applicable
Amazon Pay eGift Card INR 1000=2,850 pts (it will be 1RP=0.35)
Redemption fee of Rs. 99 + GST would be charged for every points redemption transaction.
From HDFC Netbanking, Rs. 1000 Amazon pay GV=Points 6660 (it will be 1RP=0.15)
Why there is a difference between HDFC Netbanking and Diners website?
